Herbaron Return Policy
At Herbaron, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it

Unused, unopened, and with original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used personal care and Ayurvedic wellness products.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@herbaron.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Only the product cost will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@herbaron.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the matter and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic product range, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used personal care and wellness items

Perishable goods (e.g., herbal food items)

Custom or personalised products

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund for the product cost will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@herbaron.au.
